About Us

Wellness looks different for everyone, but for most people, it starts with finally slowing down. For Donna, that moment came after years of building a career in science and information technology, and recognizing that the pace of that world was leaving little room for anything else. The path to feeling better doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be intentional. That realization is what led here.

With a B.S. in science and a career built in information technology, Donna spent years thinking in systems, identifying problems, understanding root causes, and finding solutions that actually work. That mindset doesn't switch off. It informs everything about the way this practice was built and the way every session is approached.

The body responds to frequency and vibration in measurable, documented ways. The nervous system responds to sound. Stress has a physiology, and so does relief. Understanding that connection is what separates a well-designed session from a generic one.

Fade 2 Green Sound Therapy was founded on the belief that people deserve more than a relaxing hour. They deserve a practitioner who delivers an experience with real intention behind it.

That's what you'll find here — professional, thoughtful, and grounded in both the science and the practice of sound therapy.

Come in and relax.
